DTU Aqua, Denmark

Marie Storr-Paulsen (DTU-Aqua) is head of monitoring section coordinating national monitoring of fish stocks with both commercial and scientific vessels in the Baltic Sea. She is a specialist in fish stock assessment with over 15 years involvement in fish stock assessment including as chair of several ICES working groups. She was chair of the ICES Baltic Fisheries Assessment Working Group (WGBFAS) from 2013-2015 and is presently chair of the the DC-MAP North Sea and East Arctic regional coordination group, with the aim of coordinating regional sampling programs. Grete E. Dinesen (DTU-Aqua) is a marine ecologist responsible for modelling and evaluation of fisheries impacts on benthic habitats and fauna diversity at the DTU with over 20 years of experience of coordination and participation in national and international research projects. Dr Ole Ritzau Eigaard is a marine biologist focusing on management of commercial fisheries in Europe and their ecosystem effects.
